INGREDIENTS:
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 1/2 lemon, juiced
* 1/4 teaspoon tomato paste
* 1/2 medium onion, grated, juice reserved
* 1/2 cup milk
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, tomato paste, and juice from the onion. Place meat into the bowl, cover, and marinate for at least 6 hours, but 24 hours is better.
